1 lb. Beef Boneless Shortribs or Chuck or Pork Butt (cut into 2 in. chunks)
1 lb. Pork Belly, skin removed (cut into 1 in. chunks)
1 lb. salted Butterfish (cut into 1 in. chunks)
2 medium Sweet Potatoes, washed (cut into chunks)
Ala’e salt, as needed
